Gorgeous, nordic Nanette is a vision in white. Tall enough to walk the runway and the most beautiful white blonde hair you've ever seen. Partner this with the sweetest personality and a set of some of the funniest bridesmaids and you have yourself a picture perfect wedding and happy, smiling couple.
All the preparations began just out of Terrara near Nowra on the NSW south coast. I arrived to find one of my favourite hair stylists already hard at work. Tash Owers had a ball braiding and weaving Nanette's beautiful tresses into an detailed romantic style. The bridal makeup we chose focused on her eyes and making her skin glow. Cruelty Free False Lashes made her eyes look nice and open in photos while the soft nudie pink lip gave just enough colour without maintenance of lipstick throughout the reception.
Together we dolled up the girls as the laughter and childhood stories built up and up into fits of giggles. Then all of a sudden it was happening! Hair and makeup on the bride at the same time as John Benavente, photo god, arrived to document the day.
Then after a obligatory Champagne or two the bride was whisked away to The Drift Wood Shed to be married to Nick as he waited at the end of the aisle for this bride to be.
As always John showed just why he is the award winning photographer he is. The photos speak for themselves. Not to mention that he is a breeze to work with. I really enjoy seeing what he comes up with each and every time we share a beautiful wedding.
